How will goods be packaged?

Greetings cards come with an envelope and in a cellophane wrapper to protect it from damage. We will then pop it in another envelope to send to you!

All prints up to A3 size will be sent to you in a reinforced envelope, wrapped in acid-free tissue paper.

All prints above A3 size (I'm looking at you Dappled and Float...) will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and popped into a tube. It is recommended that you flatten these under some heavy books on arrival.

If you order more than one product we will pop those in together for you. 

How are they sent?

All goods will be sent to you First Class, except for those on sale, where we will use standard delivery. 

Where do we post to?

At the moment, we just post to the UK, but we will open up for worldwide sales in the coming months. Overseas shipping charges will apply.

What if I want to return something?

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products you receive, please contact us. Returns must be notified to us within three days of the product arriving to you. We will refund you the amount via Paypal, but unfortunately we cannot cover the delivery charges incurred by you on returning the product. Products must be returned in their original condition.
